Medical and Dental
Regular full-time employees are eligible for insurance. We offer employees Premera Blue Cross' PPO plan. This plan also enables employees living and/or traveling outside Washington State to utilize the Blue Cross or Blue Shield PPO provider network for the highest level of reimbursement through the nationwide Blue Card Program. Employees can access any provider within the PPO network to receive the highest level of benefits.
Dental coverage is provided through MetLife. This plan provides freedom to select the dentist of your choice. Preventive services are covered with no deductibles, thereby encouraging regular dental checkups and cleanings.
Regular full time employees begin accruing Vacation Pay on their hire date, and it is used for time off. Employees may not use their accrued Vacation Pay until they have completed 90 days of employment. During the first 5 years of employment, eligible employees accrue Vacation Pay at a rate of 80 hours per year. From 5 - 10 years, eligible employees accrue Vacation Pay at a rate of 120 hours per year. From 10 years on eligible employees accrue Vacation Pay at a rate of 160 hours per year.
X10 provides paid time off to eligible employees who are unable to work due to their own temporary illness or injury, or to attend to the illness of a child, spouse, parent, domestic partner, or child of a domestic partner. All regular full-time employees are eligible for Sick Pay, and may accrue five days of Sick Pay per calendar year. New employees may begin to use their accrued sick time after 90 days of employment.
We have 9 paid holidays. All employees are immediately available to receive holiday benefits.
